Penn State York

Graham Fellows Program for Entrepreneurial Leadership (Graham Fellows Program)

The Graham Fellows Program for Entrepreneurial Leadership (Graham Fellows Program) at Penn State York is designed to help develop and enhance students' workplace skills and encourage an entrepreneurial spirit. The Graham Fellows Program works directly with students from all academic disciplines, including 2+2 students who start at York and move on to another Penn State campus to complete their degree, to help provide them with the professional skills and experiences that complement the quality education they are receiving at Penn State. The Graham Fellows Program provides the framework for an ongoing opportunity for Penn State York to partner with business and industry and provide a solution to a major workforce issue in the region – the need for college graduates who are mature and independent, can think critically, and can lead. The program coordinates efforts among three partnering entities: Penn State York faculty, local and global corporate partners, and Penn State York students. The result is the creation of a set of skills designed to prepare students to enter the workforce equipped to make immediate and meaningful contributions, regardless of their career paths.
