Recently, two of SEDTAPP’s programs, engineering entrepreneurship (E-SHIP) and engineering leadership development (ELD), developed three digital badge short courses to build foundational knowledge in three concept areas: project management, engineering leadership and entrepreneurship.

Over the course of the summer and fall 2020 semesters, Khaled Khalil, a fourth-year architectural engineering student, worked with Xora — a State College startup that develops cross-platform augmented reality and virtual reality experiences for architecture and construction companies — as part of the ENtern program.
Student business competitions to focus on creating shared value

Current undergraduate and graduate students can now enter the Creating Shared Value Challenge 2021, competing first in Penn State-wide competition as well as an international competition with other universities at the Bengis Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ben Gurion University, Israel.
