Penn State to launch Veterans Business Outreach Center

The U.S. Small Business Administration recently announced a grant award to Penn State to establish a Veterans Business Outreach Center, to help enhance training and counseling services for both new and existing, veteran and military spouse, small-business owners across the commonwealth.

Pine Creek Seed Farm, a full-service wholesaler and distributor of a variety of seeds, received the U.S. Small Business Administration Eastern PA Family-Owned Small Business of the Year Award for 2024. The award ceremony took place on June 24 at the farm in Jersey Shore, where attendees toured the business location.
